NORTH ALABAMA FOUR FRIENDS GOLF CLASSIC

Sign-up now for next Saturday's event! This tournament has earned a wonderful reputation because it caters to golfers of all ages and abilities and because it promotes fun and fellowship among the participants. Last year's tournament provided funds over 50% of the calendar year.

DATE: Saturday July 13
TIME: 8:00 am (registration begins at 7:00 am)
VENUE: Chesley Oaks Golf Course in Fairview
FORMAT: 4-person scramble
ENTRY FEE: $500/team ($125/player)
HIGHLIGHTS: many prizes, delicious lunch, great fellowship

BIRMINGHAM FOUR FRIENDS GOLF CLASSIC
Join us for our 1st annual Birmingham charity event. It promises to have just as much fun, food, and fellowship as the North Alabama Classic. Here are the details:
DATE: Thursday August 1
TIME: 1:00 PM (registration/lunch begins at 11:30)
VENUE: Highland Park Golf Course in Birmingham
Format: 4-person scramble
ENTRY FEE: $500/team ($125/player)

TEMPLE BAPTIST CHURCH MISSION TRIP

17 volunteers returned from Guatemala on June 29 after a 5-day ministry in Jalapa. They focused on church support and evangelism, offering VBS at Los Pinos and Los Laureles and making home visits. Thank you, Temple Baptist in Fairview, for sharing Christ's love to the people in Jalapa and its surrounds.

OCTOBER MISSION TRIP

The next Four Friends International mission trip is October 5-11. As usual, both medical and non-medical volunteers are welcome. Cost is $1500/person, due by August 15. Call or text Randy Stewart (256-302-4296) if interested.

Each $250 donation to Four Friends International provides a day of medical care at both Los Laureles and Los Pinos (i.e. $125/day each). This includes medications, clinic staff, and utilities. Our goal is to be able to provide care the entire year at both clinics six days each week. To date, we have received enough funds to continue care through August 11. Thank you for your gracious support of this ministry.
